Our goal is to build properties with all the quality and character of a real English home.
A new home is built to comply with the current applicable Building Regulations and is offered with a Ten Year Warranty as provided by the NHBC. There is also a two year Builders Guarantee. Each property is provided with a comprehensive Home Manual containing information on the construction, fittings and the appliances installed.
